We are a LIcensing Holding Company which allows real estate license holders who have decided to put their license inactive the ability to still enjoy some of the benefits of a Realtor.
As a part of National Association of Real Estate Referrals, LLC, you will not be selling real estate. However, you will be able to refer buyers and sellers to full time Agents and generate referral fees. Becuase you are not actually selling real estate yourself, you will not need to attend sales training, pay Assocaiation or MLS fees and E & O insurance premiums.
You will simply provide the contact information for your buyers and sellers to the National Association of Real Estate Referrals relocation director. The referral will be tracked by our Lead Tracking system until closing. You will receive 55% of the referral fee once the transaction closes. You can generate referral fees on residential sales, commercial sales and property mnagement rentals.
